Read more...Yesterday I received a new toy for my camera - a set of macro extension rings. I found this thing really exciting as it opened a whole new world for me. All the usual things suddenly seemed to show up in a brand new light. I have never really been a fan of macro photography and I guess it was always the reason why I never put my hands on it but once I have tried it there is no way my camera equipment will exclude this beautiful and playful toy. The macro rings are cheap to get (about £5.00 from eBay) and easy to use though tripod is a must as the rings "steal" the light. I used the extension...

Read more...Every now and then all of us experience those lazy afternoons when it's either to cold or just unattractive outdoors and to cosy indoors but you're still curious to shoot. The window gives you lots of interesting action and enough of surrounding environment for a couple of interesting shots. I personally love my window and every now and then I would do a snap here or there. Window always gives you an opportunity to work with daylight or combine it with the additional light source.
